Returns

We understand the importance of picking the right item. That’s why we offer a $9.99 flat rate 30-day return policy on all items not marked “Final Sale”. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on all items not marked “Final Sale.” We are happy to offer you a full refund, minus a $9.99 shipping and restocking fee (plus applicable taxes). You have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return with us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@crosshwy.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and forward instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

To initiate a return, simply return the item purchased. Upon acceptance of the return, initiate a new order for the correct item.

Damages and issues

If you receive any items that are damaged from shipping upon arrival, please contact us at returns@crosshwy.co within 7 days of receiving your item. We are happy to assist you.

Non-Returnable “As Is” Items

Please note – many of our items are second-hand, upcycled, vintage, or antique. As such, most items are sold “as is”. If you believe that your item is damaged in a way that was not noted in the product description rendering the product unusable, please email us at returns@crosshwy.co.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
